Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Reservations Manager or Central Reservations role within the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems, channel managers, and OTA platforms.
- Experience managing reservations for multiple hotel properties.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales and revenue-generation orientation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
