Job Scope:
Job description:
The successful candidate shall be responsible for all Human Resources and Administration including and not limited to managing insurance claims, managing disciplinary action related activities and procedures, managing cases that have been referred to courts and managing recruitment processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge in using and working with computerized HRM & Payroll System;
- At least 7 years’ experience working in a related field in a reputable and busy organization.
- A Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Membership of IPMM is a must.
